Cancellation and Refund Policy

Enablement Advisors, Inc. adheres to the following policy for all professional development seminars:

1. Full Refund: A 100% refund will be issued if the participant is not accepted by the Company or if the seminar is discontinued by the Company, preventing completion.

2. Termination & Withdrawal: If a participant fails to enter the seminar, withdraws, or is discontinued by the Company before completion, a pro rata refund will be issued. This is calculated based on the number of classroom hours remaining in the seminar after the effective date of termination.

3. Administrative Fee: The Company may retain a one-time administrative fee not to exceed $100.00.

4. 75% Rule: No refund is due once a participant has completed 75% or more of the total scheduled classroom hours.

5. Payment Timeline: All refunds will be totally completed (negotiated or credited) within 60 days after the effective date of termination.

6. Military Provision: In accordance with §132.0611, participants called to active military service are entitled to a full pro rata refund of unused tuition and fees or the right to re-enroll within one year of discharge.
